Where are you off to in such a hurry, Mr. Baggins?
My adventure was far less exciting than Bilbo's. With no where near as many dragons. But it was fun and I only almost grievously injured myself once, which is far below par for me and a trip to the mountains.
I took lots and lots of photos. So many that it turned out it had taken me about 2 hours to walk what would normally be 20 minutes. It was about time I got up there though, seeing as how they've been on my doorstep for the past 6 months.
Anywho, here's a bunch of photos I took:
Such a poser!
This one represents man's urbanisation of and ecological impact on the industrialised rural sectors of Ireland.....
HAH! Nah, I just thought it looked pretty!
I'll let these speak for themselves since I'm not sure of what caption to put with any of them. That's all for now. Laters

North Bull Island
Me and Ruth decided to take Lucy out somewhere for a walk. I wanted to go to the mountains because, well, mountains are cool.
Then they "closed". Because, you know, mountains have opening hours now!
Ruth wanted to go to the beach so Lucy could have a swim. We agreed on Dollymount Strand over Killiney since Killiney is 28 minutes from my house and Dollymount is only like, 27!
Then we got lost. Mostly due to Ruth's driving and spontaneous detours.
Eventually, we ended up on North Bull Island. I don't really remember why, but it was nearby and it had a beach.
The weather took a turn for the worse just as we arrived with the rain pelting down and the sand ripping us to shreds. It really felt like the end of the world:
Then it got a little better:
Once the rain and sand stopped it was pretty enjoyable. Lucy had a ball. These are the rest of the photos I took:
So that was the day, after which I was bullied into watching the X-factor... I preferred the barrage of sand and rain to be honest.
